-> timer capture-compare configuration
-> dma configuration to copy timer values into buffer
-> converting impulse times into inter-pulse time
-> debouncing & slew rate limitation of inter-pulse time
-> converting inter-pulse time to windspeed
-> averaging windspeed & looking for maximum vale
-> calculating average wind direction
