Kacper Michajłow 305c97fc0e CMake: Make compiler flags selection and detection more flexible. 
- Fix for RelWithDebInfo and MinSizeRel build types
- Use -march=native instead of handcrafted detection when possible
- Refactor whole thing to reduce code duplication

Jon Beniston 9a3585a756 Reduce interpolator taps to enable it to run in real-time. Should significantly improve PER for RTLSDR at 2.4MSa/s. 
Add developer controls to adjust interpolator settings.
Fix tab-order in GUI.
