I seem to be having no end of trouble scanning under 2.4.4. I'll start
|
|
<BR>

|
xsane, click the aquire preview button, and then I get an error: 'Error
|
|
<BR>
|
|
during read: Error during device I/O'.
|
|
<BR>
|
|
<P> The scanner sort of makes sounds as if it is trying to scan. In my
|
|
<BR>
|
|
messages file is:
|
|
<BR>
|
|
May 8 11:15:01 double kernel: scsi1:0:1:0: Command not found
|
|
<BR>
|
|
May 8 11:15:01 double kernel: aic7xxx_dev_reset returns 8194
|
