<P>as already posted, I had similar problems with a Microtek X6 and -

indeed - it turned out to be a firmware bug.

My (buggy) Firmware version was V1.3 and now it works fine with V1.6.

Unfortunately Microtek refused to give me a firmware update,

|

|
so you will probably have to find someone with a more recent
|
|
<BR>
|
|
firmware version, who is willing to make a copy (EPROM)
|
|
<BR>
|
|
