I do look for an inexpensive scanner to buy. Can you give me a good advise<br>
|
||
for the choice. From the SANE documentation I do know, that the backend<br>
|
||
drivers are at different level of development. Since I do not know them,<br>
|
||
it is hard for me to make a choice.<br>
|
||
<p>
|
||
The hardware description of my computer:<br>
|
||
- SCSI interface, aha1542cp<br>
|
||
- printer port, SPP standard only<br>
|
||
- ISA bus only<br>
|
||
<p>
|
||
Minor question:<br>
|
||
Is there a scanner, which does run on a printer port in SPP mode?<br>
|
||

||
