Finally got around to it... it handles to 2 biggest requests I've had...<br>
setting DPI and saving the JPEG. I realize some people will want &gt;8 bit<br>
per color but I didn't get around to that. If the testsane program<br>
worked for you this should too.<br>
<p>
A note... the screen display of the image may suck greatly compared to<br>
the actual scan. Windows blessed me with not being able to handle<br>
greater than screen resolution so I have a very hackish alogrithm to<br>
screen the image... this is for display only. Copy to Clipboard and Save<br>
As will use the original image.<br>

Adds support for Save As JPEG (thanks to the Independent JPEG<br>
Group -- www.ijg.org) <br>
Allows setting of DPI <br>
Saves/Restores scanning settings <br>
Source is available at request... no one else appears to be<br>
working on the code so I don't really care. <br>
Lot's of bug fixes <br>
Still doesn't support &gt;8bits per color... next release will <br>
Source is Borland OWL specific... if you have suggestions on<br>
good cross-platform GUI frameworks let me know<br>
