I'm using SANE 1.0.1 with a Mustek ScanExpress 6000SP (SE6000SP) on a<br>
|
||
DTC3181LE card with kernel 2.2.13. It works, but its VERY slow (atleast<br>
|
||
ten times slower than in Windows). When scanning at 300DPI color, in<br>
|
||
Windows it goes halfway throught the page , stops 1 second and continues<br>
|
||
to the end. It takes a few seconds only. In SANE the scanner seems to<br>
|
||
scan 2 cm of data then go 1cm back and scan another 2cm of data, and<br>
|
||
takes ages to scan in 300DPI. I've tried setting SG_BIG_BUFF to the<br>
|
||
maximum but it doesn't help. I've also tried to apply the patch to make<br>
|
||
sane use the new sg driver but patch says its an invalid patch.<br>
|
||

||
Anyone have any ideas ? Is there another version of the Mustek backend<br>
|
||
available ?<br>
|
