Hi Peter,<br>
I applied the patch and tried xscanimage and, taa daah!, it worked.<br>
I only had time to scan in one colour image to test it, but that<br>
went without a hitch. Many thanks for the quick help. <br>
<p>
Looking at the oldish dates on the official sane packages, I was<br>
a little worried at first that development work had died on it<br>
and that new scanners wouldn't be supported. Judging by the<br>
amount of activity on the sane-devel mailing list, my fears<br>
have been allayed. Thanks to all the SANE developers for the<br>
continued good work!<br>
