some more facts about the ScanMagic 9636 Scanner:<br>

||
it still works fine with sane, and now it scans with satisfying speed.<br>
|
||
<p>
|
||
To get the scanner work with its scsi card dmx3181le with sufficient<br>
|
||
speed, one needs to tune the drivers/scsi/g_NCR5380.c driver in the kernel<br>
|
||
source tree and recompile the kernel. Set the USLEEP-Parameters to<br>
|
||
something like: <br>
