> I have an Across scanner with a dtc scsi card. I can't even make it
> work for windows 98 so I don't know if it will work for linux or not (Of
> course a 1995 card not working on windows 98 isn't all that rare I don't
> guess)

When using my DTC3181E from Windows, I use the driver from
http://www.domex.com.tw (I think Domex bought out DTC). This allows me
to use the Twain driver Adaptec (ASPI) interface instead of the Mustek
interface.
The advantage of this is that I can see the adapter as a device under
Control Panel to verify that it
is working and get the io address which I use with the Linux g_NCR5830
module.
