Mea culpa. I got the patches just before I moved back to Canada and forgot<br>
|
|
about them. Sorry about that; I'll assemble them this evening.<br>
|
|

|
|
I have good news about the SnapScan backend. I spent the last few days<br>
|
|
revising the backend and I'm happy to report that it works with<br>
|
|
scanimage -T now. The code is cleaner and better organized and some<br>
|
|
long-standing bugs should soon be dead. This kicks off the first<br>
|
|
in a series of long-planned improvements.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
Unfortunately, I also have bad news. Late this afternoon there was<br>
|
|
some kind of power abberation in my building and whatever it was hosed<br>
|
|
part of my filesystem. Naturally, in my haste I hadn't backed up the<br>
|
|
revised backend and I lost a few days' work. It's going to make me a<br>
|
|
few more days to get things back to the state they were in this<br>
|
|
afternoon.<br>
