Someone posted basic USB support for these scanners on the linux-usb<br>
list. I think I remember reading that a backend was being looked into on<br>
this list and I figured you guys might be interested (who knows maybe<br>
the post on linux-usb was from the individual working on SANE support). <br>
Unfortunately I also think I read the newer 4200 scanjet uses a<br>
different protocol.<br>
