Hello all!

This is my situation:

[COMPUTER] <---> [ZIP IOMEGA] <---> [SCANNER]

Unfortunately, in Windows :'-( all runs ok. So I've discarded hardware
problems.

Linux cannot see neither Zip Iomega, nor Scanner (Epson GT 7000). Of
course, I'm talking about SCSI devices. Until tomorrow, when I had only
the Zip Iomega, the system runs ok, too.

But now...

scsi : 0 hosts.
scsi : detected total.

:'-(

I've not changed my lilo.conf, since I'm using the same controller card:

append="aha152x=0x140,11"

:-?

Any idea/tip?. I've read howtos, list archives...

More information:

aragorn:/home/ccosta/varios/sane/sane-1.00/tools# ./find-scanner
aragorn:/home/ccosta/varios/sane/sane-1.00/tools#

aragorn[~/varios/sane/sane-1.00/tools]% scanimage
scanimage: sane_start: Invalid argument
aragorn[~/varios/sane/sane-1.00/tools]% scanimage -L
device `pnm:0' is a Noname PNM file reader virtual device
device `pnm:1' is a Noname PNM file reader virtual device

What I did was download, compile (btw, some files was missed: jconfig.h,
jpeglib.h, jmorecfg, jmorecfg.h) and install sane. Anything more to do?

As you can see, I'm missing something, sure. But I cannot find it.

Thank you very much. Perhaps this question must go to a SCSI list, instead
of this. Sorry if this is offtopic.
