I can put a mirror on ftp.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de (Germany). We also<br>
|
|
run a mail frontend for this site, so people unable to use FTP can get the<br>
|
|
files by e-mail. (<a href="mailto:ftpmail@informatik.uni-oldenburg.de">ftpmail@informatik.uni-oldenburg.de</a>, send mail with "help"<br>
|
|
as the subject for instructions).<br>
