The path where the backend-libs are searched is wrong.<br>
|
||
If you are sure there is no old version of sane installed, try the following<br>
|
||

|
||
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/sane<br>
|
||
and then start xscanimage or scanimage.<br>
|
||
<p>
|
||
How did you start configure and make while installing sane, did you set any<br>
|
||
options?<br>
