The SANE scanner support has nothing to do with your kernel, except of<br>
course that it uses the kernel to access the scsi bus. You should build<br>
the kernel for your scsi bus and then check to<br>
<a href="http://www.mostang.com/sane/">http://www.mostang.com/sane/</a> to check if your scanner is actually<br>
supported.<br>
