I have a problem with my Mustek TwainScan II SP causing a lockup of my<br>
|
|
entire scsi system. I'm using an advansys 930 card and glibc 2.0.108<br>
|
|
under RedHat 5.2.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
I did get an error similar to this once, unexpected ASYNC data... don't<br>
|
|
quite remember the exact message.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
Usually it just locks solid after it starts the scan. The scanner and<br>
|
|
sane did work under slackware using libc5.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
What can I do to make sane work, or at least get some debugging info<br>
|
|
that can help me. I've used versions all the way to 1.0 with no luck at<br>
|
|
all, each one locks the scsi system tight. I do get the resetting bus<br>
|
|
message and that's all, just repeated over and over on my console. PS,<br>
|
|
scanimage and xscanimage both lock the system up.<br>
|
