I tried it out yesterday but it didn't work for me (it did scan but<br>
it didn't write a valid ppm file so I can't say if it helped or <br>
not). In the meantime I tried to characterize the problem better.<br>
It seems that (at 50dpi resolution) the scanner missed the first blue<br>
line and inserted one at the end instead. So what you get is<br>
rgrgbrgbrgb...rgbb instead of<br>
rgbrgbrgbrg...brgb like it should.<br>
(The higher the resolution the more lines are shuffled.)<br>
I'll take a closer look at the sourcecode to see why this happens and <br>
if I can write a workaround that sorts the data back into order.<br>
(I will tell you when I got something).<br>
