i am not sure if this message was sent correctly, so<br>

once again (sorry if it appears twice):<br>

||
recently i bought a mustek scanexpress 6000 SP<br>
|
||
after putting the mustek-backend-0.3-files of andreas bolsch <br>
|
||
into my sane-0.73-source and recompiling it my scanner<br>
|
||
seemed to work.<br>
|
||
<p>
|
||
however, when i try to do color-scans i get images with<br>
|
||
sort of shifted colors, .i.e green or yellow<br>
|
||
shadows appear next to any edges<br>
|
||
this happens regardles the resolution and<br>
|
||
the settings in mustek.conf.<br>
|
||
<p>
|
||
a similar problem seems to have been reported<br>
|
||
in this newsgroup with a Mustek Paragon 1200 III SP-scanner<br>
|
||

|
||
