Hi all,

Sorry for the wide distribution but I have an update for the table on

http://www.mostang.com/sane/sane-support.html

I have compiled sane-0.74 on SunOS 5.6 without any major trouble but version
0.74 refused to detect my scanner (Nikon Coolscan II(Ls-20)).
So I downloaded 0.73 version but it wouldn't compile but after copying in these
files it compiled fine:

backend/coolscan* (to get the latest coolscan stuff)
sanei/sanei_scsi.c (ta make it compile, also, seemed to be the any file with
changes in sanei directory)

There is one thing though, when, I believe, ltconfig create the files in
frontend (xscanimage, xcam, scanimage...) it actually makes printf coredump
because one of the input lines in libtool script seems to be too long. Splitting
this line in two fixes the problem.

I can provide anyone interested with more details...but I am not familiar with
how ltconfig works...

Thanks for a great work with Sane, I never thought that I would be able to get
my scanner to work on a operating systems (compared to windoze...)

Thanks...

Douglas
