Is it possible to set inactive options in scanimage? I would like to
run scanimage from a script which supplies all the options. However,
if I try to do something like

scanimage --resolution-bind no \
--x-resolution 204 \
--y-resolution 196

all I get an error message

scanimage: attempted to set inactive option x-resolution

although the first option should render the second and third settable.
Is this a bug in the option processing?

Marcel
