I tried to build Sane 0.72 this morning and got the following error message:<br>
|

I have no idea how to proceed given that my programming competence extends to "make" and "make <br>
|
|
install". :-) Is this a bug in the SANE code or have I not got something installed that's necessary? I do <br>
|
|
have gtk 1.0.0 installed.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
I'm running Red Hat Linux 5.0, gcc 2.7.2.3. I have a UMAX Astra 610S scanner on its own SCSI <br>
|
|
card that Linux recognises as sgf. The CPU is an IBM 6x86 P-150+ if that makes any difference.<br>
|
|
