Hi,<br>

I just want to reort that I've had some success using this scanner <br>
|
|
with sane 0.71. If I set SANE_DEBUG_MUSTEK=128 I'm able to make b/w <br>
|
|
scans--no color scans though. This is when I'm using xscanimage from <br>
|
|
within Gimp--if I try to use xscanimage on it's own gimp cannot open <br>
|
|
the output files. Anther problem: The window in Gimp that displays <br>
|
|
the scanned image is much too large--I run X at 800x600 on a 14" <br>
|
|
screen but it's still too big...<br>
