Shouldn't it suffice to test out which length the TA has and adjust the <br>
|
|
defaults accordingly ?<br>

Another tip for Mustek scanner owners:<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
I finally got upset enough about the stripes of dirt on the _under_side <br>
|
|
of the scanner glass which degraded scan quality for me quite a bit <br>
|
|
(the scanner had been delivered in that state ...) to open it and clean<br>
|
|
it. This is a painless operation on the MFS-12000SP (just remove the lid<br>
|
|
and 4 screws), so do not hesitate to do it.<br>
|
