You're probably getting tired of seeing all these pre0.5 SANE<br>
|
|
announcements, but don't worry, I'll be out of town for a couple of<br>
|
|
days, so it will be quieter again.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
The good news today:<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
- Preview images are now saved across sessions<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
- The GIMP plug-in functionality now seems to work---the user<br>
|
|
interface still needs some tuning but it is now finally possible<br>
|
|
to get the feel for what the true power of GIMP+SANE!<br>
|
|
(And yes, I'm afraid there are still some GTK widget<br>
|
|
bugs that make the user-interface look funky at best).<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
- Various other bug fixes (dll shouldn't crash on bad backend<br>
|
|
names anymore); default actions are now supported where sensible,<br>
|
|
etc.<br>
