Jim Mussared	ed14435a8e	extmod/modbluetooth: Refactor stack/hci/driver/port bindings. Previously the interaction between the different layers of the Bluetooth stack was different on each port and each stack. Jim Mussared	418f12c5f5	extmod/modbluetooth: Increase maximum connections from 1 to 4. This avoids a confusing ENOMEM raised from gap_advertise if there is currently an active connection.
