Damien George	d4b61b0017	extmod/utime_mphal: Add generic utime.time_ns() function. It requires mp_hal_time_ns() to be provided by a port. This function allows very accurate absolute timestamps. Paul Carver	7d25a19220	docs/library/utime: Fix incorrect example with ticks_diff args order. The parameter order in the example for ticks_diff was incorrect.
