qemu-arm/mpconfigport: Use MICROPY_CONFIG_ROM_LEVEL_EXTRA_FEATURES. 

This simplifes the port configuration.  It enables quite a few new
features, including the `math` and `cmath` modules, adding about 20k to the
firmware size.
