Most of these look like they were used for print debugging and then kept in
when the print statements were removed or commented.
Some look like missing or incomplete functionality, these have been marked
with comments where possible.

- For packages that were just x.y, update to x.y.0.
- For that were x.y.z-n, update to x.y.(z+1)
From now on we'll apply semver rules:
- MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes
- MINOR version when you add functionality in a backward compatible manner
- PATCH version when you make backward compatible bug fixes
