Fix: workflow failure with missing lint command and added lint for apps/examples (#866)
* Add turbo run lint
* Add lint to all apps and examples
* Update eslint with monorepo configuration

* Remove unused rules
* Exclude @tldraw/www from global eslint config
* Remove duplicated eslint
