Fix spelling errors

Fixed with:
codespell --summary --skip=.git,extra,,lib,macros,security --ignore-words-list="ans,ba,cant,develope,fo,get's,nin,numer,parm,parms,setts,som,statics,ths,ue,vektor,objext" --write-changes --interactive=2
and manual editing.
